Dear Friends:

The COVID-19-vaccine mandate for all students in Los Angeles Unified School District could result in thousands of children being unfairly forced out of their classrooms and into inferior independent study programs in the next 90 days.

We respect parents’ decision to vaccinate their children against COVID-19. But they must have the right to choose whether the COVID-19 vaccine is right for them and their families.

To protect the constitutional rights of children to attend public school in California and the rights of parents to make health care decisions for their children, a LAUSD parent filed a lawsuit against LAUSD over its recent mandate to prevent children unvaccinated for COVID-19 from attending school in person.

A favorable ruling against LAUSD could potentially benefit children at all elementary, middle, and high schools in California.

Lawsuits are expensive and we need your support. Please consider a donation to our legal fund today.

The money will be used to pay our lawyers, Aannestad Andelin & Corn LLP, for the lawsuit. Since LAUSD’s vaccination deadlines are fast approaching, time is of the essence. Get involved today.

Together we can make an impact and fight for our children’s right to attend school in person regardless of their COVID-19 vaccination status.

Thank you.
